At Launchly Studio, we provide branding, marketing, and creative services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the customized nature of our work, our return and refund terms differ from physical product sales.
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed services and deliverables (e.g., branding strategies, design files, marketing campaigns) are non-refundable once delivered.
- Deposits or retainers paid to begin a project are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- If a project is canceled before completion, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
- Any expenses incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., third-party software, printing, advertising) are non-refundable.
Revisions & Corrections
We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to make reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope. Requests outside of scope may incur additional fees.
